Job Summary

We are looking for a Front office manager to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services.
As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customer

Responsibilities

Maintenance of Franchise Premises both inside and outside·
Opening and closing of the premises.·
Relationship management internal and external and coordinating in
store sales with the marketing & field teams.·
Capturing all Data from both sales and production departments;
daily trackers, dispatch notes, customer data, daily sales, water produced·
Inventory and Asset management.·
Coordinates all Franchise information.·
Physical quality Check of all products.·
Planograming (arranging) and correct display of all our products·
Daily customer comments report.·
Creating and coordinating delivery schedules i.e. routes and time
a day in advance.·
Keep detailed management and accounting records, including all
invoices, receipts, inventory control documents and delivery notes. Accurately
complete weekly reports for internal purposes. ·
Daily banking of revenue.

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 12 months
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
