Job Description

Our company is seeking to hire an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You will be responsible for organizing and managing our customers trading accounts. The role entails managing organizational sales, pitching to clients over the phone and monitoring the performance of client’s trading accounts. You will also be tasked with handling objections and win-over a displeased client through your expertise.You will act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a sales strategy to close deals, and increase revenue.
  • Manage client’s portfolio to ensure long-term success and repeated transactions.
  • Maintain positive relationships and liaise with other clients on application status.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.
  • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and enquiries.
  • Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values
  • Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
  • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, sales and marketing, business administration, or any related discipline
  • 3+ years’ of sales consulting, a Key account, Investment banking, or business intelligence experience. ( Previous experience in the financial sector or a brokerage firm is a plus)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office tool as well as, maintaining strict adherence to CRM application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A professional appearance.
