Apparel Group is looking for a young and dynamic individual to lead a team of 10+ customer service executives. Ideal candidate will have an analytical mind with problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Title: Team Leader, Customer Service and Planning

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Ensure new shipments are scheduled, processed, and dispatched to stores on time.
  • Publish DC work schedule and track completion of all tasks.
  • Ensure seamless communication between DC, Stores and Brand merchandisers.
  • Analyse warehouse processes, identify areas of improvement, and come up with suggestions.
  • Storage and space utilization planning through data analysis, help to identify current storage utilization and future storage requirements, suggest best suitable storage needs for different type of material.
  • Plan & implement warehouse optimization projects, storage and handling cost reduction, inventory carrying cost, inventory management etc.
  • Develop & maintain SOP (standard operating procedure) documents, drafting of process flow charts, templates etc.
  • Track warehouse KPIs, Productivity metrics & come up suggestions to improve.
  • Develop and implement Dashboards for Warehouse Management and Senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with IT to solve issues & implement effective processes and systems.

 

Experience & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Experience in team management
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a Distribution center
  • Experience in Data analysis, knowledge of latest BI tools.
