To contact prospective customers to sell products and achieve set targets in compliance with set quality standards through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor Query Queue: Monitor the relevant query queue by accessing the Operations Delivery Platform, to ascertain which query to action | Query Investigation and Resolution: Retrieve query from the Operations Delivery Platform | Communicate Query Status: Clearly communicate the status of the query to the client and any other stakeholders which could include sending an email, writing a letter, sending an SMS or making a telephone call, in terms of the signed-off process | Compliance and Control: On request participate in Business Resumption tests in terms of the Business Continuity Management Plan and report any test failures to the Team Leader
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
